Blenheim Palace Flower Show

For many people the reason to get a camera out is to photograph flowers. Flower shows such as Chelsea or Hampton Court provide wonderful opportunities but often crowds too. A flower show closer to home might be the perfect answer and this weekend at Blenheim Palace in Woodstock there is a flower show  We can’t promise fine weather but there will be fine flowers

From Breast Cancer Care: A  walking event called the Pink Ribbonwalk at Blenheim Palace on 21st May, and I would love to invite your students at the Oxford School of Photography to take part. We are looking for a photographer to capture the day’s events and our walkers and their families, and I would be extremely grateful if you could forward the below information to anyone you may think suitable.

About the event:

The Pink Ribbonwalk events take place at four stunning locations around the UK through countryside routes around some of the UK’s most magnificent stately homes. Over our four events, we are expecting over 3500 walkers to take part in 10 and 20 mile sponsored walks across beautiful grounds. A lot of our walkers have personal experience of breast cancer and taking part in a Pink Ribbonwalk can be a milestone. On site, we have an event village that grows year on year for walkers and their families to relax before and after their walk and offer a welcome when at the finish line!
