First published in 1954, and long since out of print, Love on the Left Bank has just been reprinted by British publisher Dewi Lewis. It follows the fictional story of Ann, a bohemian living in Paris, and is one of the first photobooks to record the birth of rebellious youth culture in Europe. Gallery here
